Our client staying in Mumbai has asked us to assist in selecting a Vastu compliant home in a new upcoming residential project in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore city. Very large projects like Adani, Wadhwa, Kalpataru, Ajmera, HDIL, DLF, Indiabulls, Oberoi, Omaxe, Godrej Properties, Prestige Group, Mahindra Lifespace, Ashiana Housing, Puravankara, Parsvnath Developers, Adani Reality, Goyal, etc. are a huge attraction for investors as well as real users.

Our Project Visit:-

The project was a huge complex with the all modern & a world class amenities. Planning of lake, clubs, commercial complexes along with residential complex has attracted a good amount of buyers –not only from the Ahmedabad but also from the Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Chandigarh, Punjab, Kolkata, Jaipur, Udaipur, Telangana, Karnataka, Bangalore etc. including NRI's, HNI's.

We were hired to select the best five apartments (flat) from availablility of houses with the builder. It was a very difficult task for the selection, as every apartment was having a closer view of the water body.

Vastu is very easy to implement in any structure. No major reconstructions are required. You will feel your house (residence), a more vibrant place after arranging it according to vastu.

We have analysed a plan layout based on the following tenets:-

Location of waterbody ( Each apartment has a closed view of waterbody)

Correct location of water brings prosperity and positive flow of energy. It helps to energize the cosmic flow of vibrations entering to the house. Houses or property located near water are considered more auspicious according to vastu. Many prosperous cities in the world  are very closed to the water bodies.

Location of Main Door

Second consideration was a main door which should be always in positive zone according to vastu. Main door is considered as a mouth of home from where the flow of energy enters to the house.

Location of Windows towards the east were considered carefully while making suggestions based on vastu. Sun is the source of energy - Solar energy is the force for sustaining life on Earth. This layout was sent by a client living in UK & seeking an online consultation for his existing house.

The house owner was fortunate to have an entrance in a positive direction. Which was the only strongest point according to the vastu. There were multiple vastu defects prevailing in the house. The calculation of the house index was showing below 50 % of a mark which indicates the house was not recommended to stay in the present arrangement. But  it  can be corrected with the vastu remedies to subsidize the negative impact of wrong placement


U K law (even laws in many other countries)  does not permit to make any structural changes and we could only suggest our client, a few remedies which could help him to reduce the defects of vastu in the house. We have created a hot zone at southeast by applying vastu alternatives. This has helped in making south east zone with the very strong fire element.  Such corrections are necessary when fire element is located other than southeast zone.
North-east shows  a minor cut which was improved with the water element by installing cooling water kit with little depression. The bath area closes the centre part of the house was given virtual shifting treatment ( Virtual shifting mean using copper pyramid arrow pointing towards the desired zone ) Since the furniture was of folding in nature, shifting was easy & possible. Placement of bed was re arranged. Unit also shifted to the heavy zone and mirror towards the  east zone.

The house vastu suggestions were of temporary nature, as there were a serious vastu defects (category -1 defects) and  remedies could  help owner  protecting  for  the short period of time.  We were happy that the owner was able to move to a bigger house in a very short time..
