Please note that the center of the combined flat has a toilet block. This is a major defect as per vastu shastra. Brahmasthan is an energy point of the house. Polluting the centre means inviting lots of troubles in life.
The house is not in rectangular shape with vacum at the west zone. It forms a C towards the west
Avoid buying this apartment
