Actually north east facing house are sold very fast. You need to check the internal placement like bed room, toilet and kitchen which is also equally important whie considering vastu. You can use property sale yantra blessed and kept in the wish pyramid box at north east zone of your house.

I have two questions. First is does the pyramid absorbs/neutralize the negative engery or it attracts the positive energy.
Secondly, I have a flat, where the master bedroom is in agni koon and kichten is in eshan kon.
In kicten the eshan corner is water element and SE corner of eshan is utilized as stove area. so at which direction and corner the pyramid is to be placed.

Place it in north east corner of the property you wish to sell. Write a name of owner and place it either horizontal or vertical.

Namastey Sir, we bought a property last year.The land shape is quadrangle, the North facing. The main entrance to the property is from North West car garage gate and a small gate for walking in . The the north westcorner of the building is cut, like a small portico and the main door is from this portico facing the north. house constructed on the East part of the landay, blind wall is on East part , there is space on the North, And South east , South and West. The septic tank is in the open space of South West.
The kitchen /pantry was in the South west, we somehow managed to shift the kitchen to east as it was dining space before, in the building South east part is having French windows. Quite big. We have windows opening more at North and west, North West, South East. East is totally blind wall.
Puja space is quite far but besides on the north east part of the kitchen/pantry . Staircase leading to 1st floor is constructed of the East side of North East hall. I have been facing quite tight financial position and also I am not as enterprising as I was before. Most of the time I m insecured , and jobless. I was into business which is nearly closed. Facing a case though I have been always law abiding and helping nature and considerate. Kindly shed some light.

Hello, I have a few questions requesting remedies for the same
(1) What can one keep in the living room to make the south heavy. North we have the entrance and south we just have a hanging swing, a light seater and it is an enclosed balcony.
(2) What should one keep in the north of the terrace (Terrace is in the SW section of the home)
(3) In the kitchen in the South West - West we have our water purifier and we fill water in a pot and drink it/cook with it...so what could be kept there so that it is auspicious for us. we are told to move water to the North East which is not possible.
